Se viene Lachay Trail Night en abril en las Lomas de Lachay y el Andes Race en agosto, y con ello, un gran desaf\u00edo para quienes reci\u00e9n se han iniciado en el trail running, correr de noche. Esto puede asustar un poco a muchos de los participantes, pero si se toman en cuenta algunos tips, puede ser mucho mas sencillo de lo que parece. Aqu\u00ed les dejamos algunos consejos \u00fatiles que podr\u00e1n hacer mucho mas placentera la experiencia de correr en la oscuridad.<\/p>\n<h3>LOS CONSEJOS PARA CARRERAS NOCTURNAS<\/h3>\n<h2>Necesitas ver y ser visto<\/h2>\n<p>Uno de los consejos par competir de noche m\u00e1s importantes es poder ver durante todo el recorrido y al mismo tiempo poder ser distinguido durante una carrera nocturna. Para poder ver de forma adecuada la ruta, es obligatorio llevar una linterna frontal con la suficiente potencia para poder alumbrar bien el camino. Para ello recomendamos que esta linterna cuente por lo menos con 200 l\u00famenes de potencia y una buena duraci\u00f3n de bater\u00eda. Claro que esto depende de cuanto calculas que vas a correr y un extra mas en caso de emergencia. Tambi\u00e9n es importante ser visto para ser de gu\u00eda para los que van detr\u00e1s y tambi\u00e9n para identificarte en caso de emergencia o que te est\u00e9s desviando de la ruta y puedas ser advertido por alg\u00fan corredore o personas de la organizaci\u00f3n. Para esto tienes que usar una peque\u00f1a luz led de color rojo que por lo general de pone en la mochila o cintur\u00f3n de carrera. El celular te puede ayudar en muchas ocasiones. En caso te quedes sin bater\u00eda en la luz frontal y no hayas llevado bater\u00edas extras, su linterna te puede ayudar. Adem\u00e1s, puedes cargar aplicaciones con mapas que te pueden ayudar a orientarte en caso te pierdas. En primer lugar, en caso nos estemos desviando de la ruta y alg\u00fan orientador de la organizaci\u00f3n o corredor quiera advertirte no vas a poder escucharlo y continuar\u00e1s por la ruta equivocada. La primera es ir a lugar donde se va a correr y conocerlo de d\u00eda o si se puede de noche para saber exactamente a lo que nos enfrentaremos y estar preparados. Si no se puede hacer lo primero, podemos utilizar cualquier tipo de aplicaci\u00f3n de mapas y revisar la ruta de manera virtual.
