In case of not having that amount, the registered will go to the next lower category. Ages are computed until December 31 of the Present Year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element vc_custom_1478278946122\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h2><\/h2>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>D. About the conditions of participation in Andes Race 13K, 30K, 60K and 100K<\/h2>\n<h4>The Andes Race regulations stipulate that the runner:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D1.<\/strong> Be aware of the conditions of the race: difficulty, altitude, distance, and be technically and mentally prepared to travel the entire chosen Andes Race route.<\/li>\n<li><strong>D2.<\/strong> Having the physical capabilities required by the level of self-sufficiency of this trail running competition in Cusco.<\/li>\n<li><strong>D3<\/strong>. Every participant must present to the organization a Covid-19 Vaccination Card or presnet a Negative Antigen Covid-19 test performed within 24 hours prior to race.<\/li>\n<li><strong>D4.<\/strong> Recognize that the organization is not responsible or obliged to solve problems of decreased performance, physical and mental discomfort, exhaustion or pain during the tour, caused by lack of acclimatization and conditioning, poor training or lack of technical training for mountain running and in the geographic and climatic conditions of the Andes Race.<\/li>\n<li><strong>D5.<\/strong> Be of legal age and properly identified.<\/li>\n<li><strong>D6.<\/strong> Have a MEDICAL CERTIFICATE (MANDATORY) that certifies that the competitor is in optimal conditions for the race. The certificate must have a maximum of 6 months of issued before the date of the race and must have at least HEART, Lung and Hemoglobin EXAMS. About the Competitor\u00b4s Kit<\/h2>\n<h4>The Andes Race regulations stipulate that:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>E1.<\/strong> To withdraw the Competitor Kit, it is mandatory to present the competitor&#8217;s medical certificate. The Competitor Kit will be exchanged for the indicated certificates. Failure to present these at the time of delivery of the competitor&#8217;s kit will imply the cancellation of the competitor&#8217;s registration in the race without refund.<\/li>\n<li><strong>E2.<\/strong> The Kit for all distances will contain a bib, competition t-shirt and 4 safety pins.<\/li>\n<li><strong>E3.<\/strong> Collection of the Kit will be done according to the schedule published on the website.<\/li>\n<li><strong>E4.<\/strong> A competitor may withdraw the kit from another competitor by presenting a POWER OF ATTORNEY with a copy of the latter&#8217;s ID.<\/li>\n<li><strong>E5.<\/strong> Withdrawing the Competitor Kit implies acceptance of the Release of Liability by the athlete.<\/li>\n<li><strong>E6. About the Hydration Points (PH) and the Supply Point (PA)<\/h2>\n<h4>The Andes Race regulations stipulate that:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>F1.<\/strong> Andes Race in all its distances, is a semi-autonomy race.<\/li>\n<li><strong>F2.<\/strong> The 13K, 30K, 60K and 100K distance will have hydration points (PH)<\/li>\n<li><strong>F3.<\/strong> The 30k, 60K and 100K distance will have refreshment points (PA) along the route. These points will mostly have: Fruits, soup, potatoes, raisins, cereal, caramels, toast with jam, tea, coffee and water.<\/li>\n<li><strong>F4.<\/strong> 13K will not have a refreshment point (PA)<\/li>\n<li><strong>F5.<\/strong> If in any PH or PA a competitor does not wish to continue the race, he may indicate it to the person responsible for the point and wait for his evacuation. The competitor must remain in the PC until his evacuation. Failure to comply with this indication will lead to the exclusion of the competitor in future sporting events of the organization. If, in addition, the competitor does not wait for the evacuation offered by the organization, his transfer will be at the competitor&#8217;s expense and risk.<\/li>\n<li><strong>F6.<\/strong> Disposable hydration containers (bottles) should not be removed from the Hydration Points (PH) or refreshment points (PA). About DropBags<\/h2>\n<h4>The Andes Race regulations stipulate that:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>G1.<\/strong> The 100K and 60K distances offers to carry a DropBag.<\/li>\n<li><strong>G2.<\/strong> The competitor may deliver a bag of a maximum of 30 liters with everything necessary for the second part of the course. The judges will review the basic equipment of the competitor. Not having one of the elements required with Basic Equipment will be an impediment to the competitor&#8217;s departure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>I2.<\/strong> Throughout the race, the passage of competitors will be checked.<\/li>\n<li><strong>I3.<\/strong> The competitor must keep his bib visible. You should not place it on your back. Failure to comply with this indication will lead to disqualification.<\/li>\n<li><strong>J3.<\/strong> The competitor agrees to conserve the environment. It is FORBIDDEN to carry any type of gel, candy, snack (cookies, bars, etc.) in their original packaging. Any of these products must be in gel bottles or ZIP LOCK bags. Anyone who leaves any kind of waste (bottles, bags, gel packs, paper) along the route will be disqualified from the competition.<\/li>\n<li><strong>J4.<\/strong> The competitor must follow the route marked by the organization. Cutting roads will carry a penalty of 2 hours.<\/li>\n<li><strong>J5.<\/strong>Getting on a vehicle, from the organization or a third party, will automatically lead to the disqualification of the participant.<\/li>\n<li><strong>J6.<\/strong> Every competitor is obliged to inform the next hydration point, accident or need that another participant has on the way. Liability Release<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>N1.<\/strong> The Kit pick up implies the total acceptance of the Release of Responsibility by the competitor, as well as his authorization to use all the images and audiovisuals that the organization disseminates by any lawful means.<\/li>\n<li><strong>N2.<\/strong> Any participant who has a PHYSICAL disability must inform the organization about it and is under the OBLIGATION to be accompanied by an ASSISTANT runner who complies with all the points mentioned above by the organization.<\/li>\n<li><strong>N3.<\/strong> This ASSISTANT participant must pay 50% of the registration of the participant he will attend.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element vc_custom_1478281016267\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h2><\/h2>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>O. About Participant Transportation:<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>R1. <\/strong>The organization is in charge of taking all runners from Cusco to all starting points of 13K, 30K, 60K and 100K and from Ollantaytambo to Cusco.<\/li>\n<li><strong>R2<\/strong>.
